Crocodiles and Tárcoles River Bridge

If you are going to the Central Pacific of Costa Rica, to places like Jacó, Herradura, Manuel Antonio, the Bridge over the Tárcoles River is definitely a mandatory stop. You can imagine seeing dozens of crocodiles at close range, because on this bridge you can see them at a safe distance, but at the same time close enough to be shocked by their size and quantity.

The crocodiles have made this spot their home, and on some occasions the locals take a risk and put on some shows near them. Near the bridge there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and others, which is why this is usually a very busy area.

So don’t miss the opportunity to stop for about 5 minutes when you reach this bridge and enjoy this peculiar attraction.
